Dear beautiful soul, We all have our shadow. Our darkness. Our inner demons. Shadow work is not for the faint of heart. It requires radical honesty, vulnerability and going into the darkest recesses of your being. It is for those who are walking the authentic path of Truth, and are waking up and rising up. For those who are committed making the unconscious conscious and to become the ruler of their life. And for those who are willing to live from the heights and depths of Soul. And yes, this work is for you if you desire radical liberation from the past, fierce love, profound transformation and freedom beyond your wildest dreams. You might be afraid going to these dark places. Afraid of what you might find and afraid what it might stir up. You can trust me on that: The more darkness you have, the more light there is available for you. I know this because I have been there. But I have chosen to move into the fear and look fear straight in the eye. Now I dance with my fear. I surf through the emotions of fear. There I have found the greatest expansion and the most radiant light. There I found my most precious gifts. Whatever you resent and triggers you in other people is our shadow. It is the part that you do not want to see in you, the part that you resist, the part you hate and the part that you even deny you have. It is your deepest wound. Other people are simply mirrors who reflect your essence. I invite you to be honest with yourself and take a deep look. Your shadow is deep within you and shapes your thoughts and behaviors creating unconscious patterns that rule your life. If you don’t face your shadow, your shadow will rule you! It will control you and it will run the show. It will be in the driver seat of your life while you sit in the back seat.. Only when you authentically face your shadow and acknowledge its existence can you truly transform it. By owning your shadow you can then fully step into your light. It takes going deep into your darkness, to love and accept yourself in your most fragmented and shattered Self. That is the first step to healing. Because only then, when you have accepted ALL of you, can you show up as a whole person. Otherwise you will only be fragments of yourself and always have the feeling that something is missing in your life. Owning your shadow will create a shift which will then create a ripple effect. Reveal yourself and unravel the intricate and mysterious tapestry of your soul. Standing in your truth, your utter raw nakedness and being totally vulnerable by embracing your darkness and your light equally. Owning that ALL of this is YOU. This is the most precious gift you give yourself and hence your life will never be the same. A shift in perception will occur as you are reclaiming your authenticity. Authenticity is the true super power. You will break patterns from the past. You release the shackles of struggles. You will unlock your primal wisdom that is deep within you. You will uncover a deeper knowing about yourself. It's safe to release old stories and deeply ingrained programs. IT'S SAFE TO BE YOU. IN YOUR FULLNESS. WITH ALL YOUR COLORS. There is no trauma, no wound, no ancestral patterning, no social conditioning and no karmic imprint that cannot be released, transformed and healed with Shadow work. Ultimately, it will set you free.
